SMS & voice messaging terms
Last updated October 31, 2026 · AIQ Labs Limited
Program: Coverloop shift notifications. Healthcare staffing organizations and provider groups use Coverloop to send their clinicians operational messages: open-shift offers, schedule changes and publications, shift reminders, and replies from their staffing office. Messages are sent on behalf of the organization you work with; Coverloop is operated by AIQ Labs Limited.
How you opt in
- Turning on text or call notifications in your Coverloop provider portal (My notifications); or
- Giving your staffing organization consent, which they record with evidence in Coverloop; or
- Replying START to a Coverloop number you previously opted out of.
Consent is not a condition of employment or of being offered work, and you can withdraw it at any time. Offers are also available by email and in the provider portal.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your schedule and open shifts (typically a few messages a week; more during staffing shortages). Message and data rates may apply. Texts are not sent between 9 PM and 7 AM in the facility's local time.
Stop and help
- Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to stop all texts from that number. Your opt-out is recorded immediately and no further offers are texted.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact your staffing office or pat@aiqlabs.ai.
Calls
If you have consented to calls, your organization may place automated or AI-assisted calls about open shifts. Calls identify themselves at the start, never book a shift by voice (you confirm by tapping a link), and you can ask not to be called again at any time.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and opt-in data are used only to deliver these messages and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See the privacy policy.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
