Terms of service

These terms govern use of Coverloop, operated by AIQ Labs Limited. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your organization. A signed order form or agreement with us takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

The service

Coverloop helps healthcare staffing organizations schedule clinicians, fill shifts, track credentials and hours. Automated features (including AI-assisted messaging and calls) act within the approval rules your organization configures. Your organization remains responsible for staffing decisions, for verifying clinician licensure and credentials, and for clinical and regulatory obligations.

Your responsibilities

• Keep login credentials secure and give access only to authorized people.
• Only message clinicians who have consented, and honor opt-outs (the service enforces this; don't work around it).
• Don't send patient information through the service unless a business associate agreement is in place.
• Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, spam, reverse engineering, or attempts to access other organizations' data.

Your data

Your organization owns its data. We process it to provide the service as described in the privacy policy, and you can export it at any time. On termination we return or delete it on request.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as stated in your plan or order form. Messaging and calling usage may be billed separately. Trials end on the date shown in the app.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, and we may improve or change features. We'll give notice of changes that materially reduce functionality.

Disclaimers and liability

Except as stated in a signed agreement, the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put other customers at risk.
